  1. No Return Policy
    • We do not accept returns. Once a product is purchased, it is considered final.
  2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • We do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery) as a payment option.
  3. No Refund Policy
    • Refunds will not be issued once the product has been purchased. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  4. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If you receive a damaged or defective saree, please contact us on +91 70067 99060, or +91 82477 02091 immediately with photographic or video evidence while opening the product from the package. This evidence is required to process any claims.
    • Additionally, we advise you to schedule a video call to inspect the saree before it is dispatched, allowing you to verify the quality of the product.
    • At Sarvamangali, we ensure the quality of our products before dispatch.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sarvamangali Silk Studio. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Only, No Refunds

  • Cash refunds are not offered. Products can only be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value.
  • If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the price difference.

 

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Products must not be damaged when received at our store. To ensure product condition, customers can request a video call inspection before dispatch.
  • Damaged products will not be exchanged under any circumstances.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to exchanges:

  • Cost of shipping the product back to us.
  • Cost of shipping the exchanged product to the customer.

 

4. Damaged or Defective Products

5. Cash On Delivery (COD)

A non refundable amount of 500/- will have to be paid on order and balance to be paid on delivery of product.
