We strive to display the colors, descriptions, and details of our sarees accurately. Each saree is unique with a policy of “one person one saree exclusive”, meaning no two sarees of the same color or multicolor are available in the same collection. However, variations in color may occur due to screen settings, and we cannot guarantee an exact match.

3. Ordering Process

Currently, all orders are processed through WhatsApp communication. By submitting an inquiry or order through WhatsApp, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. In the future, orders may be placed directly through the website when e-commerce functionality is added.

4. Payments

At present, payments are processed manually. We will guide you through the payment process when an order is confirmed via WhatsApp. In the future, we will introduce payment gateway for secure payments. The price of each saree includes delivery within India, but GST is extra.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within India is included in the price of each saree. Shipping charges apply for overseas shipping and will be communicated during the order process. We offer worldwide shipping via courier services or India Post. Estimated delivery times will be notified when you place your order through WhatsApp.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed information on how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our website, including issues with WhatsApp or e-commerce transactions. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
